I'll begin with the good of the day: free pizza coupon from t-Mobile, Trivia Night that while we could do better was still fun. now for the unfortunate, I felt awful on the workout.My legs felt decent but my cardio is not there. Even with Brian on my heels, I could not bring myself to push much harder without wheezing and panting. I was only able to run 4 intervals. I take comfort in the fact that training is far from over and I will return with a vengeance.
