Notes
Today was a chill 5 miler. I ran with the man, the legend, the head coach Ryan Somerfield. We ran a loop that took us through Research Park. I felt pretty good on the run but am a little weary of how my legs will handle longer mileage. On the run, Ryan talked to me about the wonders of detailed logging, so from here on out my logs will be a tad more informative. Afterwards, Ryan and I did leg strength, which was pleasantly not as hellish as I expected. But I guess we'll see how I feel on tomorrow's run.
