Two great runs in a row. Was able to find my Zen and run my longest run ever outside!!!!! And, I actually kept a pretty decent average pace, although I tried not to go too fast. I made up my route as I went - next time I'll try to add just a little more because 4 miles would have been even better - I think I could have kept going. However, I am thrilled with this run! Funny thing was that I was a little nervous because I was running to/on/from campus during a busy time of the day - lots of foot and car traffic. However, it was just great and a coworker even gave me a huge hooray for running and doing something that she said she "couldn't do." The breeze was quite nice - it was a perfect running day overall.
