Good long run. Longest I've done in quite a while, especially since I've been sick. Tried something different and seemed to work. Instead of running to music, did an audiobook (America: The Book, by Daily Show's Jon Stewart) and it allowed me to have something to listen to while being able to focus on my run and to go at my own speed without feeling I have to move in time to music. Plus, the book is funny, which always helps. The first 1.75 miles were the hardest - hit my stride after that.

MTA: Gosh, realized this is the second longest run I've ever done! Awesome!!!!!!!!!!!
