Very sore today. Could barely start or finish mile. Took ice bath afterward, now have knee wrapped and plan to elevate and ice shortly. Think will also retire this pair of shoes (2130s) as I noticed even the bottom of my feet and arches were a little stiff, which don't have with other shoes.
