Minimalist run in Asics Piranha. OMG - So fun! I actually ran faster than I have since injury! I stopped at 1 mile because I don't want to do too much too soon. Good call - upon walking, I felt that I had given my muscles a very good workout even with the short distance. I really enjoyed it.
