Let my body rest a few hours and felt ready to go again (day off - Labor Day). Went progressive - felt better as I went, so stepped it up as I went. Might have been able to do more, but didn't want to overdo it.
On t-mill -
1 mile at 12:30 pace
1 mile at 12:00 pace
1 mile at 11:31 pace
MTA: Discovering that progressive is good for me in many ways.
