What a funny run! I started out thinking it'd be a recovery run from my abbreviated long run yesterday. Went to the cemetery, put on my headphones, and planned to do a slow zen run to music. Instead, my legs said "let's go" and off I went. Realized really fast that this would be a fast/tempo run so decided to go with it. Took three short breaks. This is faster than 5K race pace for me. Was a fun and fast run. Being though that I just ran long yesterday, stopped at 1.7 and didn't push it beyond that. No injuries needed since my Half is just a month away!
