Notes
Did 60 minutes on treadmill. Went faster as I went through run as follows:
15 min - 4.8 speed
15 min - 4.9 speed
15 min - 5.0 speed (12 min/mile)
5 min - 5.1 speed
5 min - 5.2 speed
2.5 min - 5.3 speed
2.5 min - 5.4 speed
My original goal was 60 minutes flat. But felt good, so decided to kick it up one notch every 15 minutes. Felt so good at 45, decided to speed up more. Treadmill had a limit of 60 minutes per run, so that was my limit.
