POS run. My form was off from the get go - noticed my feet slapping the pavement. Wanted a good long run in the cold weather, but I just stopped at .75 in. I never carry my phone with me, but I did today for the hell of it and my sister called. So we chatted as I waled home. Ran the last bit to get a mile. Sad....
