C25K W4D2 - on treadmill (it is COLD outside) - this run was great!!!!!!!! In fact, kicked it up a notch in the last minute of the last run. Learning each time that I hadn't fallen so far back as I had thought during my recovery time. Using the C25K more as a way to get my body used to the impact than to build aerobic stamina, whereas when I first did the program I was fighting both.
