**pace estimated** Came back to car around dusk. Car was parked at the side of the Jeep Road towards Hagerman Pass just past the intersection of Route 4 and 9 by Turquoise Lake. Was sitting in car for about 10 minutes and Mountain lion crossed Jeep road that I just ran by to get to my car. It was heading west towards Sugarloaf away from the lake. It climbed a 75% grade, side of the mountain, like it was nothing. Really low to the ground, under 2 feet tall, under 4 feet long, maybe 100 pounds, its fur was much darker than in the pictures, its paws and legs were extremely thick.
