Notes

Group #1 weight set, 1x8. Kept weight on the bar again (I might up it for next time!), and used 15lbs worth of weight plates for reverse hypers.

Pull-ups have been feeling pretty rough, and I need to work on them specifically. The muscles involved are ones I need to especially focus on strengthening.
