Indoor track fun with Meaghan and Elle. We wanted to help Meg with her workout: 3x1000m at half marathon pace, 6x400m at 5k pace, with 200m rest.

I laced up my flats for 3x1000m and the first 400m. The 1000's felt comfortable, but I'm alarmed at how much the 400m took out of me. Nonetheless, it was nice to focus on making someone else's workout successful. I enjoyed playing the teammate role, then cheering Meg along for her remaining 400's.
