Good interval workout in spikes on grass at Nancy Moore. :) The purpose of the workout was to get a feel for race pace. Rest periods were long (4:00 for the 1200s) and allowed for a mix of both walking and jogging. Ran this with Swain and Alexa. Felt fantastic, maybe due to the long rests, but the pace still felt comfortable and I can't wait for Wisco :D

Finished with a GS set.
