Crazy morning run with Shelby and Ali. The snow and wind were in full force, and we had to revert to the roads, which were a sloppy wet mess. The cars, even though they had two lanes in each direction, were not happy about sharing space with three girls running single file. Lots of honks and a couple deliberate dousing in slush by passing cars.
But we got through this run as teammates and kept each other motivated. :) I was completely coated in snow and had frozen hair, lashes, eyebrows and even a patch of ice on the back of my neck. A hot shower was a great post-run reward.
