The strength trio is BACK. First circuit with the full squad in awhile. It nice. Bod felt wearier than it should have today, but having buddies kept me accountable. Usual ABAB CDCD format,

Assisted pull-ups

Kettlebell squats with slight heel rotation

Mountain climbers

Double-leg heel raises (single leg down)

Single leg on Bosu ball

Running arms

Push-ups with med ball (roll from one hand to other)

Single-leg bridges (1x ea leg)

Planks (1x ea plane)

Toe Taps (2x)
