Notes
Rough morning run from the LO store on the dirt roads. Woke up with a pounding headache that throbbed with every word spoken on this run. Stuck with Sara G and Ryan Beck for about 6 miles, but they were definitely sandbagging for me.
Ended up ducking into some trails solo, and slowing down tons. Had to stop to use the bathroom twice. The second time I got extremely dizzy and had to steady myself. I'm sure this sufferfest was less than 15 miles, but decided to call it before I hit 2:00:00.
