Notes

I've done this FitnessBlender workout many times, but today it kind of kicked my butt. Struggled to keep my legs straight with 3-pulse toe touches. Then had to grab a stretch band mid-way through double leg drops. Abs feel especially tired today for some reason.

10 exercises. 50s ea. with 10s rest.
