Late morning run with Swain (!!!), who visited over the weekend. Ran comfortably in a sports bra and shorts. Pace was pretty lax, but we picked it up a bit for the second half of the run. Did an out-and-back on the PCT. Swain used her GPS watch to measure our mileage.
