Pre-meet day! Ran to the course from Jenison as a full team. Then we did WU set on the golf course, ran the new (!!!) Spartan Invited course as a team, and spiked up to do strides. One stride in, Coach is yelling at us to get back, and I see Justin drop to the ground. A ground bee's nest set up shop by our striding hill and got agitated. A few of the girls got multiple stings.
We ran the girls to Munn and ended up doing 5 strides on the grass in trainers.
