Notes

Ran with a big group and had a fairly brisk run. Went to the track near the end of it, and ran two laps with strides on each straightaway (4 strides total). Then ran back to Jeni with the group and finished remaining miles with Lindsay (everyone else had 8). It is so nice and warm outside!

Trails were a good idea, because my left forefoot has been a little sore. I also walked to classes in an old pair of running shoes to ease the soreness. I think it helped.

Pre-run hurdle mobility:

Continuous, 2x each leg

Bent leg skips, 2x each leg

Post-run ab set, 1x10.
