Notes

Warm-up set, stretches, and a hill workout with Skroll, Jules, Katie, and Alexa. WU to the cemetery was at a brisk pace, and I worked on my weakness attacking the hills with my talented teammates today. We did 3x3 hills, and I started slipping on hill #8. I finished ~4 or 5 seconds behind Katie, Skroll, and Jules on the last hill (#9).

Sometimes it's frustrating when I'm struggling to stay up with my teammates for a quick minute of running. I feel a little stuck in my abilities. But regardless of feeling stuck, I tested myself today and was kicked out of my comfort zone. Alexa was too, and I think we'll both only improve because of it. :)
