Morning run with Dani, Jen, Cally, and Beth. We ran past Hart Middle School onto the dirt roads. Did an out-and-back, finishing 30+ seconds fast the second half of the run. My legs really loosened up and felt great near the end, so I charged ahead and enjoyed the haul. :)
