Spiked up for this track workout with Dani. Arrived early for drills and stretches. Melissa joined us on the second lap of each 800m interval. It was a crazy busy weekend, but this workout felt ridiculously manageable (as it should have -- thank goodness!). Kevin had us finished with untimed 4x200m sprints, with 200m jog rest.
Ran the last 7:00 of CD barefoot on the infield. Did a brief GS set (7 exercises, 10x ea.). Then went home to ice plantars and calves with Cally's TheraPearl packs.
