Notes
Today's run was a bit over 8 miles -- maybe closer to 8.5. Megan Goethals is in town, so she joined us on the trail alongside Dot, Melissa, and Danna. Ran an out-and-back on the PCT from the house with Kinsey, Jen, and Cally. We had a sizable group today. Picked it up considerably the last couple miles. Finished with hurdle exercises in front of the house.
