Notes

Evening yoga class at Lifetime. Happy I made time for this in my day/week. Eased a lot of muscle soreness, especially in the hips and groin. Similar format as last Yin class (simple poses held for a long time), but with some different postures. We held them longer this time around as well.

Hips feel SO much better already.
