Blustery workout in flats on the paved lake loop. Ran a 6 mile cutdown, followed by 4x400m (downhill -- 5.75-6 mark) with 400m jog-back rest.
Felt super drained. I really let the wind get to me today (and all the crap weather we've been having lately). Forecast said winds were 20 mph, but it felt worse off the water at Stony. Mind went negative fast, especially when the desired mile splits weren't there. The 400's felt hard, but I feel I attacked those better than last time. Did GS at home, out of the wind.
