Warm and sunny workout with Stass, Emma, and Kelcy. We warmed up as a full team on the Abbott Trail before splitting into our respective groups. Workout was: 3min, 2x2min, 1k, 2min, 4x1min, all with 2min jog rest, respectively. We ran the 3min on the paved trail in trainers, and the rest of the workout was on the soccer field in spikes.

We hit 3:33.56 for the marked 1k. Coach wanted us to look at splits early into our 2min-ers as well just to get an idea of how fast we were going. Our 400m split for our first 2min-er was 83 or 84. Coach S said I looked strong today. :)

I felt awful, but I think I got a good workout in. The 1min-ers were a challenge for me, especially since it was just me and Stass. My teammate has some serious footspeed. :) She would gap a few steps on me in the beginning, but I would catch back up and push it the last 10s of every one. We decided we tackled those well together.

Finished with a dialed down med ball set back at Jenison. Ice tubbed for 13:15 afterward.
