1.5 WU/CD + 10k "race"
12:00 WU, 12:00 CD
23:04 first 3.1 mi, 23:21 second 3.1 mi = 46:25 race
Tried to treat this like a mock race, since I couldn't make the Volkslaufe 10k. My dad helped me map out the distance beforehand w/ his car. Weather was kinda hot. Believe I woulda run better in a race situation w/ people to compete against.
