Met Amanda LoPiccolo for Bass Lake loops, and a climb up to the Manor. Felt like I was trucking to stay up with her. Really enjoyed her company for the first 8 miles of the run.
Once her run was done, I ran my last 6 miles solo. Felt lethargic and sloggy. Need to either up my run paces, or get serious about strides/speed workouts. Ready to fill the holes from this last year of inconsistent training.
