Morning run on a clear (ice- and snow-less!) PCT with Cally, Dot, and Danna. Felt surprisingly warm in half tights and a long sleeve. Got some miles in before we met at 8:15, since I had an Ormsbee appointment afterward.
He adjusted my spine and hips after diagnosing the toe. It is a staph infection, but the swelling and purple area has subsided a lot. That, plus the pus, means my body has everything under control. He says to keep icing and salt bathing the foot.
Bought more epsom salt to soak the foot in the store before my shift started.
