Morning workout with Katie. :) We did warm-up set and stretches before heading out for this workout, which was 5x4:00 at threshold pace with 1:00 jog rest. Went onto the Abbott trails to (and past) the soccer park. We went out really hard for the first repeat but found a good rhythm for the rest. The last two repeats were rough for me, but Katie kept me accountable and pulled me along. After the fifth repeat, I puked. It looked like the peach I ate with my lunch yesterday was responsible for that. Felt much better post-puke as Kate and I continued back to our subdivision.
