Because of today's weather forecast, Coach wanted us to get the meat of our workout done in the morning. My workout group included Raquel, Swain, Alexa, and Ali. Ran 8 x 3:00 with 1:00 rest. The rest of the group was only prescribed 7, so the last one was on my own.

Goal pace was 88-85 through the first 400m of each repeat (we were supposed to start with 88s and work our way down). Our group had no problem hitting our times and cutting down appropriately. We also kept the rests very honest time-wise -- with the exception of a shoe-tie after one of the repeats, all of our rests were at 1:00. A good workout for all. :)
