Early morning run with Skroll, Jules, and Kathleen. We were haulin' on this thing. Pace was quick but controlled. We were probably going low-6s most of the way. I was a little ball of sweat after this run, but enjoyed the challenge of getting up early and going as quick as my teammates wanted to push for the base run this morning. :)
