Went a tad over 4.5 miles today (new mileage PR post-injury!) on the Alter G at Clint's. Foam rolled beforehand. I've been a little nervous about my foot, so decided to play it safe today. Ran at 80% body weight. Turned on the Hamilton soundtrack and had a blast every step.
Ice bucketed the foot afterward. It's feeling so much better (both pre- and post-run).
