Indoor track workout due to the weather. Ran in a group with Swain, Katie L, Rachel S, Shelby, Olivia, and Meg Rodg. I fell off the leaders by two seconds on both the last 1200 and the 800, but still made (or went faster than) target time. We were supposed to be 4:03, 4:03, 4:00, 4:00, 3:57, but ended up running faster and turning the final 1200 into an 800 (Coach's idea for us all, and not because anyone was running poorly). Great workouts across the board today. We ran well as a team.

Finished up with GS, 1x10 Waterloo.
