Solo run in the sun. Decided to explore the portion of the Abbott Trail behind the fire station. It's short, but I found a dirt trail connected to it! I need to try the trail out when it's not so muddy. Jumped on the usual end of Abbott Trail afterward. Felt GREAT today. Really got the legs moving on the second half of the run.
