Met Jen at the Onyx to jump onto the PCT. We also went on the trails toward Yates for a bit.
Ran into group runner Jeff T, who offered me a small bottle of blue Gatorade around mile 12. I downed the whole thing in a matter of minutes, and felt completely fine the final 3 miles. This weather felt so much warmer and more humid to me than it actually was. Need to watch hydration, fueling, and iron intake.
