Workout: 5-8x3:00 with 1:00 jog rest

Warmed up with all of the girls doing this workout. We went to the subs on Harrison and Saginaw. Coach gave us the green light to do this workout on our own, if we felt it would help us do the full 8 repeats and stay engaged, so I split from the group after I did my strides. Went down Saginaw and jumped onto the River Trail for the last 3 3:00-ers. Did the full 8, and embedded 4 strides in my cool-down. Felt really fast on the last few repeats. :) Finished in a downpour and ran into Vern on the last couple minutes of CD.
