First to finish (well, aside from Kevin). The soreness from yesterday is pretty much gone. Ran in regular black socks, since I forgot to bring ones to run in. :) Talked to Kevin after practice (team practice today!) about what it takes to be all-state. He says I've got the work ethic down. To me, I think I need to work on my mentality and start thinking like an all-stater (look up past state meet times, dwell on goals on long runs, etc.). With some minor adjustments, I can make this goal a reality.
