Team practice. Kevin led us at a slow pace and kept gradually speeding up. Me and Steph hung on longest -- she fell off a bit before the turn-around point, and I fell off Kevin slightly after the turn-around point. I ended up finishing first, about 15 seconds up on the next person, which was Abbey.
Everyone has equal time -- 24 hours in a day.
