Good workout with Alexa and Raquel. Our target times were 5:52, 5:48, and 5:44 for the miles, and 2:52-2:50 for the halves. Even though we got out quick for the first mile, we maintained composure and kept the workout strong and smooth. :) Overall, a pretty successful group effort.
Finished with 4x15s pick-ups near the end of CD, and did a GS set, 1x10 post-run.
