First time doing a Fitness Blender video in awhile. 10 exercises, 50s ea. with 10s rest.

Felt out-of-shape as I chugged and rattled through these exercises. BUT. I DID TOE TOUCH CRUNCHES FOR 50 SECONDS STRAIGHT. No pauses. No modifications. I was red-faced, and my abs were definitely feeling it, but I cannot remember the last time I powered through this exercise. Building that mental fortitude!
