Roughly 7 miles. Ran the first half of this run with Dot, Chelsea, Rachele, and Anne-Marie. Turned around solo and came back way slow. Threw in a few strides during the end of the run.
Glutes are incredibly sore. Incredibly. It's rough just to bend down. Lower back and calves are also whining a bit. I chalk it up as to-be-expected soreness from yesterday's weight set.
