Long run from Keith's house with Dot. Took Cross Creek → Blue Beech → Sheldon → Sheldon Estates → Stony Creek → Mt. Vernon → 31 Mile → Dequindre → Inwood → Hadden → Gunn → Sheldon → Blue Beech → Cross Creek. Finished this loop in 1:51:17, but it was a smidge under 16 miles, so I rounded it out to an even 1:53:00. Dot dropped me off to add on for her 20-miler.
Felt a little rough the first couple miles, but it was much better after a bathroom stop. Legs feel like good, like they have a lot more to give. Temperature was 46º F by the end of the run.
