Visited my apartment gym for the first time, with Em Langenberg. Stretched and foam rolled immediately beforehand. Had plenty of dumbbells and med balls at our disposal to tackle a Group #2 weight set -- all that was missing was a squat bar and exercise ball. Modified what I could.
Group #2 weights, 2 sets of 10 ea.
