Notes

Visited my apartment gym for the first time, with Em Langenberg. Stretched and foam rolled immediately beforehand. Had plenty of dumbbells and med balls at our disposal to tackle a Group #2 weight set -- all that was missing was a squat bar and exercise ball. Modified what I could.

Group #2 weights, 2 sets of 10 ea.

Standing dumbbell shoulder press

Alternate arms

Flys on incline bench

Dumbbell alternate toe touch

Arm curls

Lunge w/ Russian twist (used med ball)

Single-leg back hypers

Standing lat flys

Hanging double-leg eaglea

Reverse lunge (used med ball)

Bent-leg heel raises

Straight-leg heel raises
