Sunny run with Shelby, Jules, Brooke, Alana, Alexa, Al McGinn, Nat, Raquel, Al Lunau, Sara S, Molly, and Emma, Emily P...basically everyone who didn't work out today. Took a detour back to Jenison for mileage and finished with 4x15s strides near the end of the run. Legs are feeling great. :) Did an ab set, 1x10 post-run.
