Notes
Ran at practice with Monica at a pretty quick clip. Ended with 4 strides on the indoor track in spikes post-run. Ice tubbed for 13:00 after. Quads are a little sore, but overall, my legs and body have been feeling awesome lately!
Pre-run hurdle mobility:
Over-unders, 1x each leg
Continuous lead, 2x each leg
Straight leg skips, 1x each leg
