Notes
Morning run with the team at Duck Pond. We split into two groups early into the run as Katie, Cally, and I decided to go a little faster. The three of us ran a 6-mile loop for Cally (turned right on the Clinton River Trail, then took pavement back to Tienken and the PCT). Then Katie and I ran additional mileage on the trail. Feeling fast and fit.
